In the rules for this forum, it is clearly stated
8. To prevent spammers from posting fake reviews you need to have at least 20 posts to leave your feedback.
We haven't always enforced that strictly but we are getting too many dubious posts from newly set up accounts. Expect us to take a tougher line.
