Do you have an affiliate sign up portal on your website?

Many successful vendors have a page where affiliates can enter their ID, get a personalized affiliate link, and access resources like email swipes and graphics.

Also you should have a bit of a mini salesletter explaining why your offer is great and overwhelm them with oodles of proof.

This would include screenshots of your PPC/Analytics dashboards and/or video proof logins into your vendor account showing sales and proving that your offer is converting.

Also testimonials from successful affiliates if available.

If you don't have any of this yet, you need to focus on increasing your offer's conversion rate through optimization and testing.

Document everything for proof and maybe a nice case study that you can use to attract even more affiliates.

After that, you need to market your affiliate program.

An easy way to do that is to post it on popular internet marketing forums like this one and the others out there.

If you don't know where they are Google is your friend.

If you have a digital product you should probably list it on Clickbank or JVZoo because those websites have databases of thousands of affiliates looking for hot offers to promote.

A word of warning, don't just skip to the marketing part.

Make sure your house is in order and you've got proof your offer converts otherwise promoting it won't lead to very many new affiliates signing up.

We do have an affiliate portal set up but don't have any affiliates yet promoting the product/service so I don't have a way to show that the offer is converting.

I have a wordpress site set up but I really don't like it and that may be contributing to the lack of affiliates.

The product is well searched according to Google but fairly competitive but our offer is unique since our competitors don't have or are not actively pursuing an affiliate program.

    Easy way? hmmm..
You need to drive traffic to your affiliate offer. There are some free and paid ones. In my opinion, paid ways to drive traffic is the easiest.

Or you looking for free ways?
A bit of strange and not accurate question.

The easiest way to attract affiliates is for you to do something for them first. When I first started out I would reach out to the affiliates and ask them if I could do anything to help them first. I would offer to promote them first and wouldn't even bring up my own offer. They would just naturally offer to promote me after I had already done something for them. Read the book or audiobook "How to win friends and influence people". Always think about what you can do for others first.

Are YOU selling it successfully? Wouldn't that be proof of conversion?

A lot of people who have their own program, what they do is when they get new customers, they offer their affiliate program in the back office.

So even customers are given the option to join their affiliate program.

People have done this for YEARS.

    This is no underground secret.

As an affiliate myself... I would say case studies. Yes! For instance a detailed case study about how one of your affiliates was able to do really good numbers with offers from your affiliate network.

Then you can be able to pitch your affiliate network's selling points, be it bi-weekly payments, higher than usual CPA/CPS et cetera...

Hi, two of the keys to attracting more affiliates are the profitability and popularity of the product that you have. If you have a quick payment term or good campaigns with a high payout and CR, that will help you attract more affiliates to your program.

Increasing the number of affiliates involves strategic outreach, offering incentives, and providing excellent support. Targeted marketing campaigns, referral programs, and networking events can attract potential affiliates. Additionally, providing valuable resources, personalized training, and timely communication fosters strong relationships. By consistently delivering value and fostering trust, affiliates are more likely to promote your brand.
