Amazon Sellers account was suspended due to multiple accounts...

Hey Warriors,

Just wondering if anyone has dealt with this issue and been able to resolve it? If so, how did you get it resolved.

Basically, I created an account years ago... Forget I had done so, last year, created a new account and then my account was suspended.

That's when I realized I had two accounts.

I had never listed a single thing for sale once in either account. I have tried contacting them but I just get biolerplate copy and paste responses that say nothing.

Just wondering if anyone else has resolved this and can help.

Im at the point I even tried paying an attorney on fiverr that said they specialized in this, paid them $100 but they never even touched my account.

So I gave up.

But I'd like to get this resolved so I'm giving it another round of trying.

    I have not dealt with this issue because I log and track
    my accounts, especially the important ones.

    Your situation seems hopeless, but you can keep trying
    to get it resolved: Amazon Seller's Central Forum

    I would devise another business model and move on to
    another selling platform, there are dozens of them.

    You could develop some of your YouTube subject matter
    into courses, if you haven't already done so. AI is great
    for this.

    The OP has never sold anything on Amazon, I am assuming the greater concern is the ability to purchase from amazon

    I would suggest closing the second account ( https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/custo...K92DNLSGWTV6MP ) and then making an appeal to re-instate the primary ( first ) acct.

    Hello. I am currently having the same problem. They told me that I need to activate my old account and then my new account will be activated automatically. Don't forget to close your old account afterwards.

    I have never dealt with this issue because I just focused on CPA. I hope you can solve this and get your account back ASAP. Is anyone here working with the CPA network?
