There is a ton of "quality wisdom" on this forum that is absolutely free for those willing to take the time to read it and learn from it.

(Btw, isn't all wisdom also "quality" by its very nature?)

I think the wisdom offered on this forum for free in turn gives anyone the ability to create both quality work and a quality product for free. Not all noobs are unwilling to put in the effort to study, learn and attempt to apply.

Very true, no successful business is done on the cheap. Everything takes hard work and dedication. There is simply no "short cuts" to getting successful.

Most of the methods I've tried which actually work, have been free. Most of the methods I've paid for do NOT work in practice, although I'll learn a thing or two from each, which is still some progress.

Most of my paid advertising efforts work for me. What kind of paid advertising do you do?

Education is free for those who care to lose time and then spend money on trial and error.

Education does not have the dynamics of Experience which will cost you money, no matter what ( I believe ).

A paid, QUALITY coach can get you around a lot more, than trial and error...

Either way you will spend..... Fast or Slow.

    I agree with C29662X .

You always have to pay in some way. If you are a Newbie then you will normally have to pay with your time and dedication because a lot of beginners turn to marketing as a way of getting out of debt. If you are dedicated though, you will be able to start re-investing money you make and snow ball your success with a mentor.

    Quite a curve ball this...

I was only talking this morning with one of my subscribers who felt that everyone wanted something for nothing... we had quite a discussion!

There are so many good people out there who are giving back or want to help newbies that you can get pretty much anything done for free! The problem with 'free' is that it carries no value...wth?

You can get pretty good on free...

Where you may wish to spend is on a coach or mentor ...and not products because they come and go every day... Mentors are the ones that will help with proper foundations, build your business, help with roadblocks and give strategic advice. They'll also provide you with a shoulder to cry on and kick you up the a*** when necessary!

So it depends. Do you want to struggle along and 'make do' or do you want that quantum leap...and the life you deserve?

    Llwyddiant!

One of the core things about business is that NO business is started to save money. Its started to make money. A big part of running a business is knowing where to strategically invest your money and time capital to get a return on your investment.

Intelligently running a business is not about figuring out how to get your costs down to zero, its about figuring out how to get your sales to equal more than your costs.

In today's environment, I often see people who are "running a business" spend way more time, energy, and effort trying to save money rather than make money. That's just a fools game for the vast majority of people.

I addition to quality, you must have focus & determination to succeed online. I see so many people try to make a little money online thinking "well I will just give this a whirl, and if it doesn't work oh well."

That is a really crappy attitude to have when starting a business.

Can you imagine a doctor, lawyer, roofer, etc. just saying "well I'm just going to try this, and if it doesn't work oh well."

It doesn't make sense. If you are not going to make a firm commitment to succeeding online, then get out, because you are going to fail before you ever even get started.

You are absolutely correct when you say you have to pay. But not always with your money, sometimes with your time, sometimes with hard work and so on.

I agree with you. I think the greatest one liner that sums up what newbies need to hear is "Just Do It." Which means do not try to learn everything, take action even if you have .0001% of knowledge. There are almost clueless marketers who took action and are having results while the perfectionists are trying to analyze every angle of internet marketing taking no action.

What some to be missing is the fact that doing some due diligence in studying, reading up on a subject and perusing the many various business ventures is indeed taking action.

I would never attempt to try out for the volleyball team for instance, without first learning the terms used and the rules to the game. In learning those, I have taken my first step of action.

Next, I would go and watch some matches being played or view some previously recorded matches, then if I was confident that I still wanted to play, I would go and purchase a net and volley ball.

I then would practice my serving, bumping and spiking. Once I determined that I could indeed play and had some talent in the area, I would then try out for a team.

Each of those steps was taking action. The key was taking action in steps while testing out the waters, so to speak.

So yes, take action, but take action in logical steps. Perhaps that's where the wisdom part comes in.

Everything quality does have a cost.

However, it's not necessarily money. It's time.

Time is very precious. You need to use your time wisely and put the effort in to get results. Don't work hard but work smart.

This is very true. Many who are brand new to IM don't have a lot to spend (if any), so they spend a TON of time working on their projects. A lot of times, this time is really hard to come by, as well because many of them are also working full-time jobs and have families. I'm sure that later on they are glad to pay a little to free up some of their time; I think most of us have "been there".

He's banned already! I guess when you come into a forum with only 50 posts to your name and start complaining about it's contents it doesn't take long.

These forums were put here to record and document. People can learn from it if they want to. As mentioned what you learn can help you create a quality product, you can get quality traffic, you can even get quality wisdom on how to monetize on it, all from these very forums and all for free. Not everything has to be paid for if you have initiative. Any time in the past when I have made serious money it was the use of my initiative combined with portions of ideas from others. You can't do it on your own blindly, and it doesn't last long enough when you just pay for it. It all happens because you learn.

But they still lot of success business came with free way . Doesn't mean that paid more money will be success, it also come with point of invest in the correct marketing service.
Internet is a place where you can start up a business cheaply and yet market your business and earn big buck .
It might not much but it still numbers of that and people are following it .

I get your point. There are some people out there who hide their biggest secrets and share it for a fee. Is that what you meant by quality wisdom? Yes, there are a lot of information, or wisdom, if you like to call it that, here in the Warrior Forum, but there are a ton more out there that are better, and you have to pay to completely understand some of them.

Well as an intermediate-level-of-experience marketer, I do have to point out the paradox here.

"Gurus" and the majority of marketers bandy about the word "FREE!" with zeal and abandon to entice customers to buy. However on this end of things, those same marketers grow weary of seeing requests for "FREE" advice, mentoring, products whatever.

I'd just point out, you can't have it both ways - you have a Hungry Market looking for FREE answers and when they explore/ask for free options here you meet them with derision.

In a way, like Pavlov, you've even gone so far as to CONDITION buyers/seekers of knowledge to expect something for free.

Just my perspective and a little something to think about ...
