By CMS I mean content management system (Wordpress, Joomla are some popular content management system) I meant to say that Instant Traffic Websites has an installer that works as a wordpress plugin (so you can simply install the plugin and have it running) or a simple to use installer that will work with other types of sites.

But if you are selling widgets and have mostly pictures of widgets on your site, how is having a meme generator going to help you?

And as seosoldier said, I can only see this being useful in a handful of niches. I can't see any site that has remotely serious content like medical, financial, etc benefiting from a meme generator.

While I will occasionally buy something from such a non-WSO Forum vendor, I am increasingly reluctant and wary of such offers since they do not allow for peer review and questions. Yes a major function this software provides is to serve as a meme generator; this is probably great for people looking to make some affiliate or ad income with extra domains or those wanting their own meme sites; as you know these are big now. One key function of Instant Traffic Websites is to set up a Search engine Optimized Meme site with interactive features (generally something that I've seen charged as a individual service in mid $XX itself)

Though you make an excellent point about what good might this do for a general website. Very true, though as I mentioned above that the software is designed to serve primary as a meme generator though it can be used to make websites more search engine friendly image wise.

That's some great questions you got there; I don't have the answers to all though let's try with some:
a) It probably wouldn't slow down your site too much as it create additional pages. It might be an issue if your shared hosting isn't sizable enough though for most I doubt it would cause any delays or at least noticable. I don't believe it's a plug-in that's constantly active in the background.
Having a lot of wordpress sites, there are many other plug-ins that are more resource heavy than Instant Traffic Websites and they still run fine with a reasonable server.
b) I can't say for sure though I am certain Peter will keep up with the updates for ITW. There's a lot of people that will be using this plugin for SEO and meme purposes; it wouldn't likely be left without an update.
c) For this, your guess is as good as mine though I highly doubt that there would be some significant fee increase as it would hurt his reputation and client trust which they would value more.
Increasing fees doesn't necessary result in profit either if more people leave than stay. So I don't think that would be a main concern either.

Concerning your point about Warrior Forum; that's very true and something I'd agree with. Having products on the forum allows for a form of validation and easy check-up though it doesn't necessary mean because the product isn't hosted on WF that it isn't reliable. Sometimes it isn't the best option such as when they need to control their web-host environment for videos. (Warrior Forum doesn't integrate videos too well as your own landing page - it has some very limited features)
