From Blogger to Wordpress migration

What is the easy and best way to migrate blogger blog to wordpress?
The blogger blog is doing well and have PR3 and visitors in few thousands, SO without disturbing/making site down, how can I migrate it.

Please help with your experience.

    1) Move your posts to WordPress. WordPress has an Import function which will migrate your posts from your Blogger site.

    From WordPress Dashboard, click on Tools --> Import --> (will install / activate the importer plugin) --> Then select Blogger --> enter your credentials --> WordPress will then begin importing.

    2) Verify all your posts have been imported into WordPress.

    3) Then login to your Blogger site.

    4) Now we need to redirect your blogger site to the wordpress site:

    a) Click > Design > Edit Html
    b) Edit the header and add this after the <head> tag:

    <meta content='1;url=http://www.Your-WP-Domain.com' http-equiv='refresh'/>

    note: you have to replace the url above to your wordpress site's URL. The 1 just tells it to redirect in 1 second.

    c) Save the template.

    Enjoy.

      I found a article on internet, it is great. I migrated my blog with the steps given in tutorial. It says everything about migration of posts, comments, Google friends, RSS Feed subscribers and everything else.

      There is another article about 'redirection of blogger posts to WordPress' with the help of FREE plugin. It's also amazing.

    Thank you everyone.. I did it.
    1- using blogger import plugin, I import all my content from blogger to wordpress.
    2- Now I use the custom link structure in wordpress so that I can get the same links of post link - blog.com/2011/07/newpost.html .
    and then I got almost 90% of all my old post (apprx 1000) automatically migrate to wordpress.

    You may try cms2cms tool, it moves blog elements from Blogger to WordPress without any plugins or scripts. It takes a little time and both your Blogger and WOrdPress sites will be available online. However, before the migration you have to install wordpress site. also you have to install theme and add plugins.
