OK, so I'm very new to CPC. I'm a guy with a simple site to promote. I just tried Bing two days ago, and they're good. With Bing you know you're not being scammed. They're as legit as it gets.

But let's say I am interested more in quantity than quality. Let's say I just want real human beings to visit my site, and as cheaply as possible.

Who comes to mind as being the right choice then?

I want to avoid large deposits too.

Just out of curiosity, have you used Google Ads and if so, what made you target Bing?

What does your website do? And is it a local or global site/service?

Quality is when someone signs up to your website, contacts you for work and ultimately ends up making you money. I'd say this is more about your web design and how much it convinces someone to go through to the next step.

Quantity is what everyone in ads is looking for. You can tweak the quality a little bit in setting up your ads; making sure they show to just the right people by targeting the right words and removing ones which aren't associated. E.g. If you sell oranges the fruit, you don't want people searching for "orange paint" finding your ad, so you'd set a negative keyword for the word "paint".

Ultimately though, everyone is looking for quantity with ads, your website is where you create the quality. If your website is good and convincing, you want as many eyes looking at it as possible!
