Do SOI convert well

hi friend , i am new to CPA and i am trying to promote SOI offers .. which it says that it converts on single page submit ..

my question is do they really convert when an users submit details on one page with out ant email conformation ?

and By the way please share your opinions on promoting SOI offers. and what is your conversion rate on those offers

    What type of offers? Just email submits? I personally recommend staying away from email submits, there is typically too much bs around them, but SOI offers for other niches such as dating, etc can convert very well
