Is there a way to create facebook ads for CPA CPI mobile campaigns?`
Facebook allows only GP and iOS Store Links..

Do you have success with cloaking those tracking links?

    To promote app install offers on Facebook you need to be using the objective as "Clicks to Website" The App Install ads are only for people promoting their app directly using the Google Playstore or Apple Store link.
