ways to implement cpa offer on websites?

I own an employment site and wondering what are some good ways to add cpa credit report offers? Banners look too scammy, maybe popup messages on the site explaining the benefits of the credit report?

    IMO pop ups look far more "scammy" than banner ads

    Maybe have a little section - "note, some employees require a credit report when applying, double check your credit here....."

    How about adding the credit report option to your actual sales funnel as an up-sell or a cross-sell? That still looks professional and isn't too intrusive.

    Text links in, above or below content do well. Especially if worded right and place appropriately on an employment site. Even hyperlink some credit terms if you have any on your site.

    Include your offers in the job lisiting page for the user to get a credit report to improve their chances to get accepted for the jobs.
    Also, split test with adsense ads. IMO you will generate more revenue using CPA offers instead of adsense

    In text or banner placement are your best options. If done properly you won't have to worry about it looking scammy and scaring the user. Credit reports can be useful to people in that situation so it shouldn't be too difficult.

    I'm not sure if your site collects e-mails of readers in anyway but that could be another option if so. A newsletter e-mail that contains a link to the offer. (if the offer accepts e-mail traffic)
