Peerfly CPAlead issues

Hey everyone, I'm having some issues getting conversions on cpalead and peerfly, and also have some questions regarding API's and CPA networks.

I have very old (5 year) accounts with cpalead and peerfly. I've recently finished my latest website which uses API's on both sites to automatically scrape and index offers which match my criteria (all countries, incent offers). My users are players of a large online game. They complete offers on my site (ideally..) and I reward them currency in the game which I purchase ahead of time from the game provider (users are paid a percentage of revenue in game currency).

The issue I'm having is I've had a number of users complete a few offers from both sites (I've seen their UserID's come through on the subid) but haven't seen a single conversion.

Are there issues with having older (mostly inactive) accounts? They aren't disabled and I can still login, but I'm just not sure if maybe I'm being blocked since I've been inactive.

And my second question is: Are there any CPA network's that have a decent API so I can pull down various offers and index them accordingly: pulling all countries, check if incentives are allowed etc. I really like peerfly's API since it makes filtering all that data once I retrieve it pretty straight forward. I have a maxbounty account but their API is tedious and I don't see a way of validating if it's an incentive allowed offer or not.

I appreciate any and all input regarding this! I've only recently soft-launched the system and am hoping to figure this out with the small user base I have before I promote it any further.

Regards,
-Ryan

I'd be interested in seeing your system. Also, most incentive offers (email submits anyway) have some sort of scrub built in to help the advertise balance the payout and what they're making on the backend. It's bad for incent offers because you need to release whatever you're incenting, but you can somewhat counter it by assigning point values to each offer completed and requiring maybe 3 or so to be completed in order to release the incentive.

I'd also be happy to take a look at our incent inventory based on the countries you are needing and seeing if we can find better offers for your particular site.

Feel free to PM me or email me more information about your site so I can take a look and see what we can find

BTW, since this has come up more than once, the age of your account on PeerFly has nothing to do with how well an offer converts. In fact, nothing on your account will effect how PeerFly determines if an offer converts. In the big scheme of things (at least within the platform), you are one of over 200,000 ID numbers

I think you should give your am a call. There's no reason why the networks would treat old accounts any different than new in terms of conversions. Maybe the visitors just aren't converting?

    Hi Chris,

I've chatted with their support and have also sent Luke an email. Live chat said everything is fine with my account and that I don't really have enough clicks to determine if there are any problems. What I find frustrating is getting new users on the site and when they try to complete a survey, it never converts on peerfly's side. I don't know what the users are doing wrong, but these should be converting on the first page (email submit, IE: the subway offer) yet I have zero conversions.

I'm not sure if this is just how the game works with incentive based CPA promotion but it's starting to seem that offers don't actually convert. But I'm 100% sure a number of my users have filled out multiple surveys and not gotten a single credit (I screen shared into one of their computers to watch them use the site, and the same thing.. no dice)

Hoping to hear back from Luke soon with any ideas!

    -R
