Huge Click Loss with Voluum?

Anyone experience huge click loss with Voluum handling huge volume? My traffic source shows 30,000 visitors in an hour but voluum only registers only 3,000 visitors. Does anyone experience this issue too?

    Nope, but this is one of my biggest reason why i don't rely on other tracking softwares which were not hosted on my server.

    It would be better if you can tell us what kind of traffic you were sending, so that we may help you what's going on with your tracking.

    It's a fair amount of volume traffic but not huge. It turns out to be only 9 visitors per second or 720,000 per day. Voluum can handle this without any issue.

    Did you add any IP filtering in your campaign for known bots by any chance?

    You could also question your traffic source.

      Voluumn is only showing 3000 visitors seeing my lander. It is mobile pop traffic from spain. Traffic source says that other voluumn users are expericing huge click loss too. They suggested me to use imobitrax. So not sure what the problem is. Maybe volumn is blocking the ips.

    If you want to change your tracker, I would suggest reading this post before choosing imobitrax.
