CPA country specific offers

Trying to run a CPA country specific offer (US) on youtube but don't want other people outside the USA to be redirected to another site when they click the link, because that's what happened when I clicked the link.
So I guess the best thing to do will be for me to filter out other countries.
Just want to know if this is the best option and if it is, is there an option in youtube to filter.

Ask your manage to give you a special link where you can get offer according to the country ... the offer auto changes when the country changes ... and you get paid with many country

  You can create your own geo redirects , and redirect people to the offers you want based on the countries they are clicking from ..
