Testing PPV traffic

Guys,

Question for you all -- how do I go by testing PPV traffic to see if the campaign idea I have would be a viable solution? I know most of the major networks require a $1,000 deposit and I do have the available funds, but all I want to do is test the traffic to see if any of it converts.

What do you guys think? Possible to withdrawal funds if campaigns don't go as planned?

    Most will issue a refund
    But if one campaign doesn't work, why not just keep testing and trying others ?

    $1000 is anyways needed for a proper testing.

    But to answer your question, yeah majority (if not all) refund the unused account balance

    This is actually very specific to offline business use.

    Do any of you guys have experience doing lead generation for certain niches using PPV? Let's say I want to target a set of specific keywords and websites that a motivated individual would goto to find out information about an offline type of vertical. Any experience with the results on something like this?

      Have you tried boxofads or something similar? You can get a lot of data without having to spend too much
