split testing is a huge factor with success in cpa marketing and a key ingredient to optimizing campaigns. Too many variables to give it a particular rating. Sometimes other parts of the campaign may be more or less important.

  i use dynamic hits as it packed with many tracking, targeting and optimization tools, including smart split test.
