Ad Targeting - People Who Recently Moved?
(I'm posting this in both Mobile Marketing and Ad Networks, as I think there could be solutions to this in both...)
I've been presented with a challenge: Is there a way to target a display, video or mobile advertising campaign to people have recently moved? Specifically, let's say we want to display ads to anyone we can confirm moved to Chicago in the last 60 or 90 days. The closest I have seen is Facebook's "Recently Moved" ad segment. I'd like to expand beyond that to other display networks. Any thoughts on how that could be achieved?
