I would not recommend you to promote such campaigns considering the advertisers have a knack of shaving the leads. Why don't you refer offervault.com and see for yourself as to what niche you are interested in and best bet is that they also list down the networks that own the offers.

Have you had recent success promoting email submits with PPC?

As Rozanne said, advertisers are known to shave for email submits because just an email isn't worth $1 to $2 to them.

On Bing, even if you could get an avg CPC of $0.05 then you'd only get 30 clicks for $1.50 which wouldn't result in a profit in most instances. But $0.05 is the minimum bid on Bing, so realistically the avg CPC will be higher than that.

DOI offers generally have even lower conversion rates than SOI offers though. I recently got an email from a Warrior who said one of their subscribers told them they were promoting DOI offers, but it wouldn't convert, so they switched to SOI offers and they converted.

Even so, $2+ is still a low payout. I can't see how it can be profitable unless list building is involved.
