Having once worked in IT I know that it is very competitive, and there are TONS of guys who all know pretty much the same sorts of things. i think that if you offered training on some think like Blackberry's or Windows 7 that might be enough to motivate people to buy.

Werner - it's a list of people seeking for a IT related job (many could already have found)

Nuclear - I know most of these people also know about IM and stuff, but there can be certainly some, who are willing to pay for a work-at-home opportunity (if it is no fluff, but real stuff)?! This kind of offers I had in mind... Could it work?

Any other good ideas? (I put it on hold for a while)
Most of the CPA home biz offers seem to be designed for total idiots, I doubt these could work with my list. Are there any home biz offers that are actually working and have a good repultation?

hezgotsoul - that's a cool idea, but I doubt I can just give 800 names and emails to such portal. I think these have to be personal references... Or not? And what I've heared is that it's really difficult to track if my referral gets the job or not, and the job agencies are *******s enough not to notify the one who made the referral.

As an IT professional, I'll tell you what they desperately need - training in soft skills. Sales training, communications skills training, perhaps a persuasion writing course.

Something like "Become too valuable to keep in your current position by mastering these simple persuasion techniques".
