How hands on is CPA?

I have been thinking about getting into this game next year. I just want to finish up a major product this year so I can concentrate on CPA. I do like to get something I can build a team to implement. Would this type of marketing allow that?

    This business is as hands-on as you want it to be.
    You can set up a website(s) for your aff offers and
    never touch it again, you can promote it as heavily
    or as little as you want, develop more sites or none
    at all, you can setup click campaigns & follow them
    closely or monitor them at your convenience.

    It's entirely up to you. Regardless of your methods,
    this is the easiest passive income in the world.

      Thanks guys. That is fantastic to hear. I have some ideas that I want to test. It sort of goes along with what I am working on right now. I am thinking of hitting some mass markets with software that will have CPA ads built in. The project I am finishing up will allow me to create very good software within 30 minutes to an hour. That will allow me to really crank out some software. It has been working really nice for building my lists and making sales of my other products. I am hoping I can use the same stuff for CPA.
