ZIP Submit CPA Question

Am not sure of how this ZIP submit offers work. I don't understand why there is an option called clicks (for ZIP Submit showing in the Stats Page) when the first page itself is a ZIP alone submit offer. In my stats its showing lots of clicks and no leads. Attached the screenshot. I was talking about the last line of offer in the attachment.

    Well, it means that no one has converted yet! 7 clicks it too low to find out if the offer is working or not. But you may want to contact your affiliate manger asking the same quesiton!
