CPA is the same as all other industries and marketing strategies - to make money you must spend money - the cheapest option is probably social traffic - get a large fanpage and your laughing with a good script!

But tbh its better investing some small amounts and you will see a better return!

To be honest you are going to find it difficult to get campaigns up and running to a good level without a website.

By not investing in a website you are limited to direct linking, many advertisers and platforms are not such a fan of direct linking so you've immediately run into a barrier there.

Also if you do find a successful platform to direct link then you are only profiting from each conversion once, you are missing out on the opportunity to capture viewers emails and market to them over and over again.

You can start with video marketing, start creating some slide show videos and promote them on youtube and other video directories. You can try with games, movies and ringtones. You can try article marketing as well if you have some writing skills.

you can ask your friend host for you when you starting out. At least get a domain.

how do you promote? Try forums, yahoo answer, youtube if you want absolute zero investment.

If you have a website, you can do article marketing and write a lot of posts ..build backlinks

Purchase a domain and hosting plan...

30 bucks up front and 10 bucks a month after.

Start up a Wordpress website.

Start Article, Youtube, and Social networking

Be persistent and work hard.

Once you see traffic it is time to build that list and monetize
