Hello vapsjee I think you are a new to cpa marketing so first i will recommend you to cpalead that is good network for new marketers.

How to get accepted there ?

1.firstly you can use this link : cpalead sign up (my ref : if you use this i will help you get started and making money )
2. fill all the infomation require {you don`t need a site for this network}
3. add you am to your skype " CPAleadCorey "
4. tell him how you will promote the surveys.
< say like i will use ppc article marketing and all > if you need help just pm me
and he will accept you an few min like 2 min

I've applied to 7 different CPA networks, and was DENIED by all of them except PEERFLY, I was accepted into Peerfly without a website, you just need to explain to them how you will be promoting there offers, no website of your own is needed, hope this helps.

You could even just start a blog about yourself and your CPA adventure, and often that will help get approved

Those work well.

I would just call them and say you're doing different niches and using different landing pages for them. If they ask to see one, be honest with them. If you have one, show it, if you don't say you're just getting going.

You can just create a Wordpress blog about yourself or your company. However, this may not be the only cause of the denials, so consider other factors such as your location, traffic sources, verticals, experience, budget, etc...

I got into Max Bounty. Im also in Wolf Storm Media and Commission Junction.
Atm im applying to peerfly, clickbooth, fluxads, cpalead, neverblue, adscend media and blam ads.

should i apply to any other networks?

new to cpa marketing here too.. I got denied from epic direct and clickbooth, I haven't heard anything back from peerfly.. Hope I can get in one soon.. CJ doesn't have much cpa offers.

If cpalead reject you just try to contact your affiliate manger and tell him that you will be a great asset for them and tell them that you will promote the surveys using ppc article marketing and all . this step is important to get accepted by them.

on the sign up form of Maxbounty, it's noted that your application will be outright denied if your email doesn't match your website. So I guess you need to have a site before you apply to them.

I had problems with phone verification in cpalead, so i contacted them. They sent me the form and they will manually approve me, if at all.

Then they tried to call me and they said the call didn't come thru, so i tried to call them and it said the number doesn't exist. Or maybe i dont know how to dial that wierd number. lol

If you got into max bounty.....then max out their offers and use them, I did get accepted by them, but I do have a site and told them I would use youtube as well

I think the most acceptable is CPALead and PeerFly.
If you want to get into PeerFly don't submit your site into their registration just make it blank.

For MaxBounty, when you get rejected. Try to Call the Affiliate Manager via AIM (you can find their ID on email that sent) and Give the Right Reason why MaxBounty must Accept You (They will Call you by Phone).

Without much CPA experience I was able to get accepted in 36 different ones over the course of a few weeks.

I created a generic company website with very little information but just to show that it was a company.
I submitted an application and said that I would mainly be buying banner space. Just do not go into too much detail. I would then either call the company directly and talk to them or get a hold of them on AIM and just chit chat a little bit. Which if you don't have an account I suggest you get one. They all seem to have AIM and I was approved with in a few hours.

Just create a simple wordpress blog and fill up the content with a few plr articles and make sure that you have a few banners on your blog, this makes a difference.

You do not NEED a website to get into networks. Even Clickbooth will approve you if you have a solid marketing plan in place, same as with MaxBounty. If you are denied, then call them or contact them on AIM to figure out why. If they tell you on the phone that your denied because of no website, then more than likely you were not convincing enough either with your application or on the phone. Usually we like to make sure that you fully understand the industry and if these are your first networks that you chosen to get into, then they may not want a beginner at the moment. Try a few others. We also accept newbies if you are just looking to get started.

So this is what I did to get into some CPA Networks:

1. I had an old weight loss site that was still ranking and had Google Adsense on it for income.

2. After reading about CPA here I decided to apply for CPA Networks. I entered my old weight loss site as the website I was going to use to promote CPA.

3. On the application I was 100% honest and revealed to them that I had ZERO CPA experience, but I did put down that I was learning a lot about CPA and will promote CPA using PPC, SEO, Articles and so on. (Which I am doing now). They just want honest people working with their Network

Easy!

As for building a website by site only had about 6 pages like; "10 Things to Never Eat" "Best Whey Protein Powder". Nothing fancy.
