Content Locker Advice Needed - UK Specific

I run a few sports blogs and on one of them (soccer) I have teamed with some qualified coaches putting together a report and some videos on drills suitable for kids.

I want this to be free for anyone to get, but I did have to pay the coaches so am looking to recoup some of the cost. My thought was to put it behind a content locker that dads and kids coaches could enter a freebie competition to get access to the info.

This is pretty much uk specific (well, 95% of my traffic is uk based), so I am looking for a content locker that would work in such a way that also suits UK traffic. I have hunted around but it seems that most aim at the US market with some also allowing uk traffic (and many I tested didnt seem to wok even after a sign up, insisting on more sign ups rather than giving access).

I really want something not too intrusive as I think a lot of parents and kids coaches could get a lost of use out of it, just a few quick fields (email submit or something). Anyone got any leads for companies that would be suitable?
