I am with C2m but most of the offers are download or email confirmation, which isn't suitable for paid traffic source. especially Facebook hates downloads

You could try gamefly affiliate program, I think they pay upto $25 for each member you bring them. Also check gamehouse affiliate program. They accept traffic from all countries.

Then I would suggest you to build one squeeze page on games and get their emails then promote what ever offers you like, even you can promote download offers which are not liked by fb.

Try contacting Jeremiah (CEO of WSM) for tips on running game offers, he personally is very good at promoting gaming offers. Good luck
