Peerfly only got 1 AM?

Hi there it seem peerfly only got 1 Affiliates Manager? Cause very hard to get in touch with Luke. Sometime it take like 24-48 hours to get reply from him. Which is too slow for CPA marketing

    Well i ask this because always hard to get in touch with Luke. For other network almost immediate they will reply back.

      Yeah sometimes is takes some time I think that they should hire at least 1 more to help, but it's probably not an easy task.

    I had a terrible experience with AMs in other networks who may take up to 7 days to even consider a reply.

    Yes, I am the only Affiliate Manager at PeerFly. I have been the only AM for over 2 years now. We do plan to pick up a few new people this summer to help with some of the workload, but overall we have gotten great feedback from our publishers and clients as far as management goes.

    With more employees comes more overhead and also we have to train them so that adds to the workload. We are trying to keep our overhead low so we can continue to grow and reinvest into our company, which will benefit you

      Wow! That is really impressive Luke considering you guys have been nominated the top CPA network recently and it shows your hard work has paid off! But as per david's comment, a good AM is definitely worth its weight in gold.

    You're talking about the AM who has been voted the best in the world!

    I have received replies within 24 hours or less from Luke, always. He is almost always online so if you haven't been able to catch him you haven't done enough.
