Do you have a list? If the $15 budget is available each month, you may be able to get an autoresponder and offer something of great value to collect your prospects name and valid email. Then, over time, promote to the list(s).

Use that $15 to buy hosting and one domain and choose anyone free traffic method and just stick to that method till you get success.

IMO $15 isn't even enough for "free" methods.. you could buy a domain with it, but then you'd still need hosting.. your best to save up more money prior to starting

You can't get good paid advertising in the $15 but if you would like you can purchase the banner space for one month in $15 in any small blog like pr 2 etc..

I would go to Adf.ly, get 15,000 plus visitors in one hour using the $15, created a report and sell it at WSO for $15 bragging about how I gained 15,000 visitors in an hour. Don't forget to take screenshots of your stats as well just to show how awesome it was to get 15,000 visitors in an hour :rolleyes:

You MIGHT be able to get fancy and call up a business and ask them if they could use any video testimonies for their website.

Charge them $15-$20 per video. Go on fiver and buy 3, flip them. Come back the next day with $60 and do it again on a larger scale. This could potentially give you a bit of money to at least get some hosting/domain and dial in a tiny bit of traffic to the site.

$15 buck nothing in ppv traffic. I'm spent over $320 now in leadimpact alone, still can't find winning campaign, I'm the loser. I'm using landing page everything. Gettting desperate now, I wished somebody can point me right direction.

$2.19 for .info domain. $5 for hosting. Start writing awesome content and slap AdSense on the site once it gets traffic. It isn't as easy as it sounds but then, nothing is.

Assuming you already have an offer to promote, and you only want to toss traffic at it, I would buy Fiverr gigs as well.

But be careful, because most traffic gigs on Fiverr are PURE JUNK.

Look for gigs where people post to relevant forums and provide links to your offer.
Look for gigs where people pass out flyers offline.

I'd go to Fiverr.com or some similar website and offer 3 funky marketing things there. I'd ask some guy to dance with my brand name written on his belly or some pretty girl to read my ads or something of that kind. Apparenntly, such things really work...

I suggest you go for face book ads, $15 can still drive good traffics to where you want that can convert to some sales there by making more money to place additional ads that will increase your sale, i think that amount can still push somebody forward a little bit in online business.

Unfortunately, you can't do anything with $15. In order to get started with paid advertising you will probably need $300+ or even more, depending on the model, skills and guidance that you have.

So, try to make a better budget before getting started.

Similar to what has been previously mentioned, $15 is a waste of time for an advertising budget. Either put aside more money for this or adopt the organic approach in gaining free traffic towards your business.

go to fiverr get a squeeze page for $5 go to hostgator get hosting for 1 cent on their hatchling plan theres plenty of coupons out there for 1 cent, setup a squeeze page myself I bought from fiverr.
goto mailchimp get free autoresponder ,
then I would go to fiverr and buy adcenter coupons and use the remaining money to buy myself a ice cream lol

I would grab a coupon for each ad network and then practice your ppc skills on each of those. Use the money you get from those campaigns for the next actual paid campaigns you do. If you're careful you should manage to make over $15 revenue from $200 and adcenter.

Order a pizza with coke bottle.. find a motivation movie. Watch it while eating a pizza. Then buy cheap domain, create landing page with your CPA offer and spam forums, guest books, comment pages and etc.

I think you should use that money for your personal purpose and start doing manual optimization. it will give you good amount of visitors. Don't use fiverr. the visitors you got form them don't work.

With $15 budget,
I would suggest you get services from Fiverr, cause you can get at least 3 services than spending it on PPC campaign that give you 'next to nothing'.

Its highly unlikely that Fiverr traffic will convert. Traffic is probably mostly bots, even if you opt for the social media traffic.

$15 is really less to do something like PPC. It may not be enough even to purchase a domain and hosting. Better you try to accumulate more to start with. In the min-time you can for something free.
