A newby q about getting started

Hi,
I've been preparing to get into this for sometime but now I'm in with networks I'm realizing that I haven't the first idea how to use the control panels, how to put an ad up, how to engage the traffic etc. In retrospect all the courses from Kenster/Scott Rewick and etc have been good on the overview stuff, but entirely missing the actual how to do it details.

Is there some tuition/pdf that can show be/teach me how to do the actual steps of how to get an offer going online? Or, if I'm not looking in the right direction here, are there any recommendations about how I can learn the practical stuff?

I've got plenty of online experience, I'm just new to this arena.
Thanks

Which network and which traffic method (paid or free, ppc or ppv, direck linking or landing page) are you planning to promote offers through? Each method has different steps. When you decide on the method, you can just google it and find many posts explaining it.

I'm in with AdWork Media, LeadPile, More Niche, Max Bounty, Affiliate Future and waiting on NeverBlue. Some of these are older memberships, its not like I've gone silly in the last few weeks, but in any case, I don't think I should take on any more at this time.
I'm interested in direct linking, as a way of keeping focused on success methods, rather than be learning converting with better ad design as well.
Any thoughts, am I off track here?

My advice to you, dive headfirst into PPC, or CPM. Either works great for cpa offers. If you have no experience doing either of those dont let it scare you away. PPC take's a little to learn but short of media buys, it is the most profitable in my experience. This is the same advice I give my new publishers. When it comes to running a campaign -ALWAYS- do your research. By research I'm talking keyword research, and split testing your ad copies, and landing pages. I know you mentioned you wanted to direct link, That may be ok in some cases, but in my own personal ventures my landing pages always have increased ctr and conversions. In that aspect, when designing a landing page, try and engage the user, get them motivated and ready to fill out whatever information is on the offer page. If you need any further help, feel free to contact me on skype.
