Your opinion on Bevo Media - how good are they?

Hi there,

I have opened free account on Bevo media, but can't see anyway to contact support. Weird.

They offer upgrade to verified account for $19.99/month and promise live support, but don't even have a cancellation policy or payment via paypal. Weird.

I PM'ed their WF representative who promised support with setting up 2 days ago - no reply. Weird.

How is your experience with Bevo has been so far?
How do you contact them?
How quick are they in responding?
What kind of problems do you have if you are paid/verified member? Is it worth it?

    I've have nothing but great things to say about bevo, great support, best hosted platform in the industry in my opinion.

    Live support should be on the right side of the screen, they also have a support forum with helpful members, their tech support respond within a a day or two.

    I have a verified account for syncing my cpa networks and quick support from their livechat button on the center right of the screen.

      I did tested them for a month or so and they are very responsive and their support is also great how ever due to some serious bugs on which i could n`t compromised so i moved on another tracker Much expensive but more advanced and powerful + reliable ....

        Same experience here. I upgraded to paid member but so far experience is mostly negative - the tracking doesn't work on a standard WP blogs and their support promised to fix this, but it's been 2 weeks since I started using them - and the tracking issue is still not fixed.

        They promised to send me fix by the end of today, let's see if they fulfil the promise. Will update this thread when I have news.

    tracking links are down frequently with the free version, and i can only login with an US IP for a couple of days now, sucks

    Hey Guys - Just as a headsup, we need to be able to replicate your specific scenario before we can help you troubleshoot. Saying that "My links arent working" is extremely hard to help with.

    Speedy - I believe your specific issue was fixed a while ago. Please email myself or even Ryan if you have any further comments or questions.

    IKnowHow - your issue was looked into today by our development team as promised. It wasnt an issue with our tracker. Did you get the email we sent you? If not, please email either myself or Ryan and we will resend.

    CPAAddiction - We never, ever had an issue with NON US ips allowing people to login to our system, nor a complaint. Our servers have also had 100% uptime for the past several months (other than the Massive Amazon crash that effected many sites on the internet a few months ago - which was completely out of our control).     Btw...where can I download the self-hosted version please? Has it same functionality as your hosted one?
