if you want a good network i will recommend maxbounty. they have weekly payments for paypal and small threshold to reach. As far as i know they are the highest paying for offers.

Dang 10k free stuff traffic is nice. You could possibly do some damage with that type of traffic. What I would suggest is going to Affiliate Marketing - Find the Best Affiliate Programs and CPA Offers from OfferVault and typing in free as your keyword and see what comes up. Take a look at the networks, contact them ask them if they pay via PP and what their payment schedule is!

There are many networks out there provide these kind of offers. I personally promote before from Peerfly, W4. Hope it helps!

Most major networks will be great.

For example, NeverBlue, ClickBooth, MaxBounty... ect.

Just make sure you ask them about Pay Pal payments before signing up.
