Peerfly banners On Easyhits4u?

Since you can get a whole lot more banner ads for your dollar on easyhits4u I was wondering has anybody tried that using Peerfly or Maxbounty banners -- Or do they even allow you to put banners on such sites (TrafficSwarm Included Also)?

I agree traffic exchanges are generally a major junk traffic source.
