What's great is if you just make a somewhat sexy ad you'll get $.01 clicks from real people. It's mostly webcomic traffic so it's pretty crappy for sales. If you want more like 1000 people for $1 I don't know any that send real people, just bots.

That site is not what I'm looking for. The sites I'm talking about are "buy website traffic" sites where you pay, send them your url and they send traffic to that website.

adfly will send you plenty of crap traffic but you will be getting freebie seekers from India, Pakistan and the Phillipines. I use adfly to justify my statistics on customers websites.

I have used http://www.first4traffic.com/ and got real people. All different IP address and it converted ok.

PTC sites like clixsense or neobux. Loads of it, cheap. Literally junk though, bottom of the barrel stuff.

It could work, but the destination page would need to be compliant with FB's guidelines and the traffic could be too expensive for his purpose... I know it would cost just 2 or 3 cents per click, but it can be too much if he needs lot's of junk traffic (assuming that there will be no way to monetize the traffic).
