Do pop-up ads work with Peerfly?
Yes most defiantly. Any CPA Network can work for that matter. I made a nice little living from PPV myself.

What is the CTR of a pop-up?
Completely varies, I've had success with 5% CTRs, and Speedy said he had a pop up hit 80%.

No, I would stick with LeadImpact and TrafficVance.

You have to be careful there are a lot PPV networks sending fraud traffic, since it is so easy for them.

Yes PPV works with cpa offers. Make sure you split test. Many times you will convert better with a lander in place.

Like any other traffic source, they can work depending on the person who is using them.. I can never really answer the CTR of a pop up, it really depends on how well you target and how your landing page is designed.

  What do you mean by CTR in pop-ups?
  They are sold by CPM/CPV, so where do you take those clicks?
  Maybe you mean clicks inside the pop-up landing page.
