Quick POF question- Christian/Catholic

Hi,

Short question on POF: If I promote a Christian dating offer, should I target Catholics too?
I know Catholics are Christian too (I'm Catholic myself

), but since there are also tons of Catholic dating offers out there I'm not sure about it. Also, what about Baptists etc?

You should test between the two and track everything, sorry I know this is probably not what you wanted to hear, but it's the best advise that any of us can give

Sounds like the only way you would find out is to test and see what works best. Just like split testing - you need to know which one works best.

Yes, I would test both.

But make sure you call them out correctly. If someone selected "Catholics" they are probably going to response to "Meet a Catholics" better then "Meet a Christian."

Never hurts to make things super targeted with your ads.

Thanks! Yea I think that's what I'm going to try.

Btw, another question just came into my mind: When I create campaigns on POF and wait for them to get approved, do they directly get displayed (and burn money) once they`re approved or can I start displaying them whenever I want?

I'm asking because I'm thinking about uploading a lot more of campaigns than I actually want to display first.

Hi. I'm new to this forum .. This is actually my first post here. I am a dating industry vet and I've worked for several major brands.

Over the years I never had much luck with Catholic, I don't know why but it never worked for me. Maybe you will have better luck with it. That said, I did always have good luck with Christian. Some Christian religions that did really well for me were Mormon and Baptist.
