I'd research other sites similar and see what ads they have, do you know your demographics?

Some of them got adsense... but I do not want to use adsense for this website. But to be honest I did not do much reasrch... will try that.
I have been put cpa offers in 30-40 different countries - dating, gambling, pin submit, webcams. Now I am testing it... and only 2 conversions in 10 days...
Over 85% are male and around 80% are 18-45.

First of all, you need to know is why people visit your website.
You have to understand them. Looking for fun, right?
So I will suggest you promote some offer which is more fun.
I mean at least better that your video.
You know what I mean?

Yeah thay are on ym site because of the fun... I got you. I can find some gaming offers but as I know they are moslty for US.
I was have on my mind to give them free dating/earning money/poker online ebook in exchange to sign up to my email list. Something like that. Everyone likes the word "free"

True. Everyone loves "Free". But there are lots of free stuff right there. So it's not just about "free" or not, it's about they click or not. they sign up or not.

Dating, webcams and for some countries gaming... all that I got on my banners right now. Interesting my friend got almost the same website and dating offers was converting for him. He was making $15-$20 per day. Seems that I have a bad luck

Well I got only videos from youtube and some videos can be watched if you are over 18. I am not sure will that be good to run with adsense.
