Make my 1st conversion...Newbie need help for CPA

I have started a campaign with 2 landing pages
Got my first conversion after spending $60 on LI traffic
Need some advice on the following ?
1. Do u create new campaign for each LP for same offer ? Or do u rotate the LP?
2. If more than one campaign is created for one offer , and if u are using same keyword/url, aren't u competing with yourself?
3. When tracking LP, do u use the LP code <script> or u use the direct link code and paste the hyperlink on the sign up button? Which is the right method?
I am very confused about tracking. The data i get from leadimpact and prosper292 are so different.
