Looking for ad exchange

Hi,
I am looking for cpm ad-exchange that allow advertisers to run rotating third party tags.
meaning random ads directly from our server.
Do you know any other ad exchange that will allow random ads from third party server?
I think it is called dynamic ad insertion maybe...

    check out some of the resources on adexchanger.

    Some ad networks / DSPs will allow this, others will not. Most of them should have this info under an FAQ on their websites. If not, email / call them.

    Most big networks allow this, Try Appnexus or Rubicon project.
