youtube + CPA links

Hi, I have some questions about CPA links.

Where can I put? In descripion? In annotation? Or I can be banned?

Should I use a redirect? Or in description I can use direct link to CPA offer?

For affiliate links is the same?

It generally works better when you setup a domain redirect, it looks more professional.

Or consider building a list with a squeeze page, that works great!

Ok, but I have read of users banned, youtube in its terms does not allow links to affiliate programs. However, I know that there are also thousands of users that have not been banned.

Is that correct?
With redirect it's also a possibility to be banned?

Yes. I saw so many direct linking to affiliate product from top Videos. But I am not sure. Why taking risk? Use a domain instead
