Off-page optimization for my blog post

Hello Guys,

I have written a blog post with the title "16 Amazing Online Shopping Sites Like Wish" on the site layerpoint.com. I want to improve search ranking on Google.com of this blog post through the keywords "sites like wish", "site like wish", "shopping site like wish", shopping sites like wish", online shopping sites".

Now, what is my off-page strategy to improve the Google search ranking for the top position?

Kindly share your views, tips, and strategy to improve my blog post ranking.

    If you don't own that site. Then why do you want to do SEO for that site? Just to get a single post ranked? Its not good.

    And if the site isn't ranking much and as well as your post. Then why do you guest post it in the first place?
