Advice, Please! | Returning newbie lurker
My name's Mike, and about 3 years ago I lurked all the affiliate forums I could find. I find myself consistently drawn back to AM for some reason... I majored in Advertising and Communication at university, have a background in sales, graphic design and video editing.
There have always been two things that stopped me from jumping into the AM game: 1) Is it REALLY true that (given time) one can work from home doing campaigns etc as an AM? and 2) there's so much information it's overwhelming. I'm hesitant to simply follow some eBook's directions for my first real crack at AM.
I was wondering what your experiences have been regarding the first question, and more to the point, I was wondering if there were any good courses (schools?) out there that have a more 'hands on approach' to their teaching, almost hand-holding for the first campaign. Is anyone familiar or had experience with the '6 Week Affiliate Marketing Course' or any other of those types of courses?
Thanks,
Mike
