I would definitely follow the Facebook ratings as well as rating on Aliexpress itself. While some vendors can offer extremely low prices, the quality can be poor beyond words. In the long run you would rather pay the extra $0.50 per product than get jipped on quality and have no returning customers.

A couple things that I look at while looking for a reliable Aliexpress vendor is the amount of orders they have, how long they have been around, and their positive feedback score. It tells me everything that I need to know about the vendor. If they have a ton of orders coming in and they have been around for a long time, they're more than likely pretty reliable. You can also try to get in touch with the vendors and ask them more questions. A lot of them have a WhatsApp number. Another thing I would check out is if they ship from China or the United States. Depending on the product, they may have a warehouse in the US and they can ship from there. The only thing about that is you want to make sure they already have a lot in stock in the US. If you start doing a lot of volume and the warehouse runs out of that product, it could take months for them to stock up on inventory.
