Payment méthode for facebook ads

Hello everyone, I am new here and would like to ask something that is bugging me for a whole life...really...
I hope this is the correct sub forum if not, please move it in the correct one.
I Live in algeria we have verry bad banks that don't give credit card or debit to student who don't have income i wanna know which card online can i use to pay for facebook ads i tried entropay didn't work and paypal activated with entropay also didin't work (does payoneer work for that or no ? like i wanna know a bank who can send credit or debit card to worldwide ) thank you for your help and your time, have a great day

    you have few options in that case:

    - purchase a pre-paid credit or debit card and use it on FB
    - payoneer is prepaid debit card, it hink it will work on FB
    - you can try to pay FB via check as well

      sir a friend told me that he can't use payoneer to pay fb ads
