Local Business Listing Prospecting Tool Recommendations?

Hello everyone, I am new here and starting a digital marketing agency looking to focus on local business listing optimization and SEO - I'm happy to be part of the community.
I'm looking for tools that can help me prospect for customers - find unverified or unclaimed local business directory listings, etc.
Does anyone have good experience with any of these tools? I've seen some like Unverified Business Listing Chrome extensions (from Guillermo Mata), etc. but have been a bit hesitant due to some negative reviews on their other products.

    Reference USA. All you need to access this site is a library card, which you can get free at your local library. If there is not a library near you, you can get one from out of town online or travel to the nearest one. All you need is a driver's license. Once you have your library card you can log in online to the libraries site and navigate to databases and scroll until you cone across Reference USA. You can search for all of the businesses you desire. The search will provide business name (you can select to search for verified only), website, phone# plus several other information (unfortunately no email addresses but you can find these from the website).

    Also you can use LinkedIn - there are several options with this. LI right now is one of my main prospecting tools. I have a whole system and funnel setup.

    Last you can Google leads scrappers or leads scrapping tool. There are several options, shop around depending on what you can afford. Most will give you business name, website, email, LI, FB, Twitter etc. However I would start with the free stuff first if your budget is small - Reference USA and LI(to optimize LI I would get the premium service for $64/mo ad sales navigator for $84/mo if in your budget, but you can do it for free also). you can automate much of this as well

    You'd be best using a tool that allows you to search for business that will show you which sites are in need of particular services, like social media, video, SSL, and the list goes on.

    This will allow you to more specifically target business that need services, as opposed to wasting time and effort contacting business that might not need anything.

    Either method is valid, one is just more productive. wasted time is something you can never recoup. One it's gone - it's gone forever.

    There are many products that will do this for you.

      this was a massive focus re-adjuster for me. What tools allow you to search for what they are in need of missing services? i've been using ReferenceUSA and i had to almost hand pick them. i was calling this "prospecting" but its taking up more energy and time than i wanted...

        I get emails from JVZoo for these, regularly. Just search there for "local leads." you're bound to find them. Also, Dave Cisneros has one that's just for SSL.

    Unification,
    You should be outsourcing the "heavy lifting" portion of your prospecting. Reference USA can be a great source however you need to know very specifically what you're looking then you will have to get the emails from elsewhere. But it is free. I recommend also finding a good lead scraping tool and becoming proficient with LI or hire a VA to do that for you.
