Confused on linking landing page to custom domain

Hope You had a great start to this new year.
I'm newbie and I decided to leave the corporation world forever.
I've been accepted into MaxBounty network, created many accounts on Bing Ads, ClickMagic having the hope to take action but I'm having trouble within the following point:
I choosed an offer that I want to promote, I created a landing page usine Instapage, bought a domain name from godaddy, but I could not link them together, I followed all the instruction regarding DNS but the page is not alive, I also contacted both instapage and godaddy but nothing work, an agent from godaddy told me that I also have to buy another domain (link that instapage gave to me to add in godaddy DNS which I tought is the server that host the landing page)
I would be very greatfull if someone can help me with this as it's frustrating me but I will never give up, I'm sure I will finish by finding a solution.
