Hi there! I work at a Digital Marketing Agency and one of our soon to be clients proposed we have a value based fee. Our monthly fee will be the minimum to break even, and every time one sale (not e-commerce) that came from out Campaign efforts is made we will get a commission.

Hi there!

Has anyone worked this way before? What are your thoghts? In my research I found that Coca-Cola and P&G work this way with some of their agencies. But haven't found the results or something similar to a case study or white paper about it.
Thank you in advance
