I am working on a website for a client and I don't have much experience with google ads

Point of website is to give a free stream of TV Show, but the stream is embedded from 3rd stream website who gave free access to everyone.
He is not hosting it, he just embedded video, I want to say everything is legal.

Because of that embedded video, there is a lot of popup ads and there is alert for SSL, website won't get red page because of SSL (I hope), because I already checked some similar website who are using same embedded video, there is just an alert and no problems
He planned to add Google ads to that website, so I am not sure is it possible, there is no porn/adult ads from popups, but there is a lot of scams e.g. Viber scams and other stuff.

Will adsense accept a website like that? He told me that he already have adsense account and everything is ready, he will not need approval
I am thinking that he could get banned on his adsense account
