What should I do now? Instagram region problem

So I made instagram profile about 2 months ago for Balkan region based on the Serbian language, niche is traveling
So everything went well, I made some promotions, followers started to coming, likes on posts too, but a few days ago I made my first IG Reels, that post went viral, I got 100k likes and 2m impressions which is very good.
But there is a problem, I gained a lot of followers from the USA, India, etc. Which I don't want to have, about +5k followers from that region.

Now I don't know what should I do, should I change the username to an English name and keep working on it?
I found a good name which is literally translated the current name to English, but there is already a profile with that username, profile is from 2013 with 2 followers and 2 posts with 0 likes, I tried to find a contact of admin on that page but did not succeed. Also, I tried to report that profile as spam, but nothing happened. Is there any way to get that username?

My goal was to make that profile popular for Balkan region and try to sell ads to travel agencies after I get 80k-90k followers, because there is no such competition for this niche

    If you are promoting the travel industry, why wouldn't you
    want people from foreign countries to follow your account.
    Aren't those the people who are more likely to travel to
    your destination?

    As to the unavailable user name, get creative and think up
    something else. Add a prefix such as "THE" to it or add an
    "S" to the end. You have to be flexible on a competitive
    platform such as IG.

    Issues such as these are not a hill to die on. Drive on and
    continue building on your momentum while you've got it going.

      It's fine if 30% of my followers are from foreign countries and 70% are from Balkan, but my goal was to make this profile for Balkan people because descriptions of posts are on Serbian language. As I said there is no big competition for this niche for the Balkan region, my plan was to sell Ads to travel agencies (from balkan) and get some money from that page, because summer is coming and pandemic measures are decreasing slowly, borders probably will be open and Travel Agencies will put much money in ads, because they had very hard time behind. That's some my thoughts maybe I'm wrong.

      Okay, I will try to find the best possible name, but is there any chance to disable the old profile from 2013 as I mentioned up, by reporting or trying to contact Instagram directly somehow?

    For the followers from countries you 'didn't want to have', you now have another audience that you can sell to. Maybe you could find another way to monetize these followers?
