Customer Satisfaction is the Important thing in any business, don't you think ?

Hello,

I'm new here - So happy to be around experienced people who shares a lots of years of experience in the online world.

My question is around:

- When you are on a very small budget, how can satisfy cutomers need when do the Drop shipping for example:

It's a little hard to find a High Quality product that will solves your cutomers problem and make them satisfied on a little budget. Same thing goes with everything related to internet marketing.

    so you are asking as a drop shipper how can you deliver customer satisfaction?

    The issue I personally have with drop shipping is there is simply a lot of variables out of your control. However... taking the time and researching the companies that you will be buying the goods from - that will also be shipping the goods, is time well spent.

    I again personally prefer to buy the product in bulk at an even lower price and then ship the items myself - so I can then have far greater control over the buyer experience and ultimately have the greatest control over customer satisfaction.
