Kind of impossible without knowing who your target market is. I probably say email if I was going to recommend any Channel for 'free' organic outreach. But it majorly depends on your demographic. Obviously if you're targeting a younger demographic I wouldn't suggest email. Profile funnels work really well on facebook, which is using your personal Facebook profile to send messages to your audience. This is because it has a much higher engagement than facebook pages. Facebook groups can be a bit of a slow burn, but are still affective. They need traffic driving to them though through email, or alternative means. If you're confident on camera, podcasting can be a good start too, although speaking on camera is not everyone's cup of tea so to speak. I'd smash email marketing if your audience responds to it and then funnel people over to your personal Facebook profile ( add them as a friend on Facebook) as well as a Facebook group. And send regular email updates. You'll then be hitting people from all sides. If you have a young demographic I'd probably do 100% YouTube and /or Tiktok
