delegate ads to freelancers

I ended up focusing on so many things like traffic for local businesses and Pinterest that I think it might not be a good idea for me to do the ads for companies myself.
I think it might be a good idea to hire a freelancer to do the creatives for the companies, while I just take care of the traffic.

I don't think it would be a good idea if I sourced creatives for companies myself, it takes a lot of time, and I was told that I could delegate this task to a freelancer, but I don't think it's just hiring a random freelancer on some freelancing platform.

As I am still trying to make money for paid advertising, to sell my product, I am focusing on advertising for local businesses.

So, how to hire a good freelancer and how to ensure they create good creative for Facebook?

    You are trying different things and that is great but unless
    A.I. cannot do whatever it is that you need,

    DO NOT hire a freelancer.

    All that the freelancer is going to do is use A.I. to generate
    whatever and sell it to you for a profit.

    That includes content, images, logos, and other things.

    Do you think some random freelancer is going to spend
    hours doing something that A.I. can do in 45 seconds?

    I would ask them to show me some of their results and cross reference to confirm .

    A little google research and or group chats can be useful to get leads and answers about what you want

    I tend to focus on things that i am good at like advertising and if the traffic method works i scale it up, the things that i am not expert such as creative i do outsource it, i know u can learn these skills, but sometimes it can take many years, so i do agree i think you should consider outsourcing projects like this as they are many experts that focus on creatives such as logos etc, best of luck in your search
