Need Your Opinion on this

Hi there

I hope everyone's doing well.

I have a quick question If a website has "Write For Us" Page and some other website doesn't has any "Write For Us" Page.

Are these websites equal? Even tough they have same stats and main traffic source is from USA.

How does Google sees these type of sites?

And why do some SEO Executives prefer sites without the write for us page or any other word that show the website is into paid promotions?

Need your opinion on this I already know somethings but hope there is something worth knowing out there.

Thanks

IMO there a many things worth knowing, and some things
    are not worth pondering about.

I don't think that having a "write for us" page is the same
thing as a paid promotion unless the whole thing is an ad.

As to your questions about Google, you should contact
Google staff and address those questions to them, you
might get a better result than asking peoples opinions.

People usually want to avoid any site that looks like it offers paid guest posts. I wouldn't necessarily consider a "Write For Us" section as such, but some sites are more obvious and choose a more aggressive way of phrasing. It's simply a matter of caution.
